At ALLUORI, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create.

Each ALLUORI product is covered by a one (1) year limited craftsmanship warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing and craftsmanship defects, including:

  • Stitching defects

  • Hardware malfunction (zippers, clasps, closures)

  • Structural issues in construction

  • Defects in leather due to workmanship

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, scuffs, or patina from use

  • Accidental damage (spills, stains, water damage)

  • Improper use or storage

  • Third-party repairs or alterations

How We Make It Right

If your item qualifies under warranty, ALLUORI will:

  • Repair the product at no cost, or

  • Replace the product if repair is not possible

How to Submit a Claim

To request a warranty service:

  1. Email: support@alluori.com

  2. Include:

    • Proof of purchase

    • Photos of the issue

    • Description of the defect

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

Additional Support

Even outside the warranty period, we offer paid repair services to extend the life of your ALLUORI piece—because true luxury is made to last.
