FREE / FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using UPS, Fedex, or USPS. Alluori offers free standard shipping (3-5 business day) on orders within the continental United States. Expedited shipping is also available at a flat fee of $15 for orders shipping to continental United States.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $15 flat rate shipping to the continental United States. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. UPS and USPS shipping delivery timelines and rates are available for international orders. Delivery timelines are range from 5-20 days for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination and the type of shipping service selected.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@alluori.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
